I loveeeeeeeeee snacks! Even as a kid I loved bean dip. The canned frito-lay bean dip and a bag of fritos was one of my favorite treats from the grocery store. My brother and I would eat them up in the car on the way home.

Bomb Diggity Bean Dip
1.5 cups black beans (1 can drained)
1/2 of a roasted red pepper (~1/4 cup)
1/4 cup cilantro
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt to taste
- Blend everything together in a food processor.
- Add salt to taste. (You may need NONE if you use canned beans!)
- Serve warm or cold.
