Ranch Flavored Roasted Chickpeas (vegan)

There is just not enough good ranch flavored stuff when you're vegan. At least no crunchy yummy ranch things - like chips. But hey I've figured out something better we can ranch up: roasted chickpeas! You may end up wanting to double or triple this recipe. Especially if there's anyone besides you around because I ate these up in a FLASH!

Or better yet make a batch of these and a batch of the sriracha chickpeas. You can have a handful of spicy ones and cool your mouth down with a handfull of ranch ones!!!
