This is so easy and delicious that I can't even handle it! It works great as a dip but also just eaten with a spoon! Tonight I'm totally dipping strawberries in it!
Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding
Blend the following until smooth:
1 pkg silken tofu
2 TBSP hazelnut butter
2-3 TBSP cacao powder
stevia to taste (or dates or maple syrup - whatever floats your boat!)
Tastes best after it's been chilled!
Makes 4 servings - 3 WW points each!
