I don't have much to say today - just get up and get moving! This is a longer routine than I usually post but it's a good one. Just another totally different example of kinds of workouts you can do - for free - from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy!

This workout requires no equipment (except maybe a nice yoga mat if you have hard floors like we do) and they will only take a minimal amount of space in your home to do.
How many sets can YOU do?!
Because I'm feeling totally lazy this was my workout. I don't know what I am going to do to get myself motivated while moving and stressing about all of that stuff but I will find a way!
Today it's two new workouts from a new channel I found on Youtube! Loving these!
I'm totally stressed out today and I figure I will be for at least the next 3 weeks while we are, surprise!, moving. I'm going to stick with my workouts though and work my butt off so that I feel good throughout this move! When I moved before I would end up eating fast food every night because I didn't want to mess up the kitchen or unpack or whatever excuse I had. Not this time. This time I am going to be prepared with my menu, foods, and workouts!
Both of these were really fun, actually. I'm so glad I'm trying new workouts because I keep finding things that I love!

Today we are going to do Neila Rey's Blaster HIIT workout! It's a really quick and effective workout - just blast some music in the background and get going! Try to push it to the next level and do ONE MORE round than you think you can possibly do! 10 rounds may sound crazy but if I can do it, you can do it!
