I was recently contacted by this company, Alive and Radiant, to try out some of their yummy raw treats. After making sure that it would fit into my food choices (many of them do!) I said sure! I tried all of their Veggie Krunch varieties but I was totally blown away by the Teriyaki Greens. It is so flavorful and delicious that I went through the whole bag, with the help of my 3 year old, in about 10 minutes flat. I had to go out and buy some more so that we could try it in different ways! I’m not usually into packaged stuff but my whole family loved them so we consider them a good treat once in a while!
My favorite way to eat this is on top of some rice. Yes, this is white sushi rice, and I am not above eating white rice now and again. My kiddo LOVES loves loves furikake on her rice (a mixture of sesame seeds, nori, sugar and salt) and I figured she would love this too. I think it’s far better as a condiment for rice anyway! This stuff is raw, organic and full of delicious flavors.
