These are so good. SOOO GOOD that I may go to Costco AGAIN this week to get more Brussels sprouts because we ate them all. Seriously. And I don’t even want to go back there at all. But I would brave it for these.
Chili Roasted Brussels Sprouts1 lb brussels sprouts, sliced in half
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oil (leave out if you don’t do oil)
Preheat oven to 410 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silpat baking mat.Toss the brussels sprouts with the chili powder, salt and oil and spread out on the pan. I like to put them cut side down but thats a bit persnickity so do whatever you want.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until nice and toasty.
