El Macho Vegan Nacho Dip

Since I eat this constantly I’m a little shocked that I don’t have any more pictures of it. Trust me when I say that this is the nacho sauce of your dreams. Well it’s our nacho sauce of our dreams. Yeah I have nacho dreams, don’t you?

Actually I’m out of this so I’ll make more today.

El Macho Nacho Dip!

1/2 c raw almonds, soaked and drained (You can use as little as 1/4 cup and it’s still pretty dang delicious!)

1/2 c water
1 pkg silken tofu (I used firm silken)
1.5 tsp salt

1/4 c nutritional yeast

1/4 c pickled “nacho” jalapeño slices

Blend in high speed blender (or regular blender if you don’t have one yet!) until smooth. Warm it up or eat it cold – whatever! Just make sure you have tons of chips!
