Here’s another video from my favorite yoga teacher Tara Stiles.
I have and use her book Slim Calm Sexy Yoga (you can buy it here!) and it is my favorite exercise book of all time.
Everyone could work on their flexibility and range of motion so here’s a good place to get started today. So get our your yoga mat and click play. Don’t be surprised if this one shows up again in this 28 day challenge!
For the rest of the day don’t forget to stay comfortably hydrated (bring your water!) and don’t forget that even on a “rest day” you still need to move your body! Walk with your friends (or pets!), play outside with your kids, or get crazy and do some dancing (I love playing Zumba World Party or Just Dance 3!)

I don’t have much to say today – just get up and get moving! This is a longer routine than I usually post but it’s a good one. Just another totally different example of kinds of workouts you can do – for free – from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy!

Today it’s two new workouts from a new channel I found on Youtube! Loving these!
I’m totally stressed out today and I figure I will be for at least the next 3 weeks while we are, surprise!, moving. I’m going to stick with my workouts though and work my butt off so that I feel good throughout this move! When I moved before I would end up eating fast food every night because I didn’t want to mess up the kitchen or unpack or whatever excuse I had. Not this time. This time I am going to be prepared with my menu, foods, and workouts!
Both of these were really fun, actually. I’m so glad I’m trying new workouts because I keep finding things that I love!
