2 avocados, diced

juice of 1 lime

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup minced onions (shallots or any other kind of onions)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

Add all of your ingredients to a large bowl and smash together with a fork. You want a chunky and not totally smooth dip. Taste to check for seasoning (do you need more salt? more lime juice?)

Serve with chips or cut up raw veggies (or put it in burritos, on nachos, on tacos, on sandwiches, etc!)
