Healthy Happy Workout Day 5

Today I did the Tiger, Tiger Workout from – It’s more simple than yesterday but still a very effective workout! Try to push yourself to the next level and do one more set than you think you can do. Or break it up and do 3 now then 3 later! This is a great workout that you could print out to take with you while you’re on the road or anywhere really. 

Have you been working out? Notice any effects? ME? I’m feeling a lot stronger already and HAPPIER! My mood really changes when I workout. I know, the last thing you want to do when you feel bad is to get up and workout – but I find that it really is the best medicine. And even if it’s snowing, you have no room in your house, you have no equipment, or you claim you have no time you can still do these workouts SO TRY IT! GET YOUR HAPPY ON!
